After my first treatment it was the first time in a year that I had been able to relax a little and THINK. I had been under a lot of duress with having a family member ill and then pass away. I was having anxiety, panic attacks and grief that I could not face. Recently, I was faced with helping another family member get into Hospice and had all set up for a beautiful transition. I was so afraid of this initially and with Stefanie’s treatments and methods of dealing with all of this, I was able to breathe, think and ultimately make it a positive transition for her. I have had several treatments with Stefanie and I would not be at the place I am now to fully grieve and remember all the happy times. It is difficult to care for others and yet we forget to care for ourselves. I know that I could not have done this without reaching out to Stefanie and learning how to listen to myself. Many thanks. ~S.T.
